Kundalini

Kundalini

For many years I have been fascinated and concerned with the mysterious spiritual phenomenon of kundalini. In India it is well described within religious traditions and branches, but it is not so well known here in the West. Here is an interpretation of what this force is, and what function it has.

Based on material taken from Indian texts and my own experience.

Imagine the creation of a human being who is the miracle of you. Then think of the invisible force that does all the work, building you and creating a complex and rich channel system that will operate and provide light and energy to your entire body. This light system consists of three main veins; a left-handed part and a right-handed part, and a large pillar of light between the two. It also has seven psychic centers or wheels that hold the potential of your consciousness journey and control your inner state.

The invisible force sends PRANA = the first breath, through the miracle you when you are born, and ensures a continuous flow through this system in a balanced and optimal way, which ensures good supply, growth and maintenance. In addition to a basic feeling of well-being. The POWER that created you then withdraws most of itself, but leaves a small part in a sleeping position at the foot of "your bed". Meanwhile, everything rolls and goes. You live. You are in the mortal life and are fed from a light system that you have no idea about.

But then the flow begins to become muddled, it gets out of sync, the left is favored over the right or vice versa, the light is held back, pulled down, and all sorts of blockages and obstacles arise. The sum of all this over time leads to your psychic centers being affected and weakened, and the great pillar of light in the middle of you being "darkened." This leads to a reduction in the natural trust, innocence and security that you had at the beginning of life.

You begin to doubt yourself and your life processes. The light still flows through the left and right parts, but it no longer flows evenly and balancedly, and this causes small crises and alarming needs for action and recovery. Now the miracle creates new and larger lines of contact with other power stations for you and begins to compensate and draw power from them. At the same time, a deeper anchoring is formed in a separate role that will take care of new hidden and illusory needs that have arisen.

The dormant power I have mentioned is called SHAKTI and is the kundalini power itself. It is the power of creation, the guiding hand of God. After you were "built", as mentioned, God withdrew the power, but left some of it dormant at your root. You as a child of God, a creative spiritual being full of God's power, is your potential.
The left light channel is called IDA and is the power of the feminine, receptive qualities that you have within you. The right light channel is called PINGALA and is the power of the masculine, creative qualities that you have within you.

The pillar of light in the middle is called SUSHUMNA, and is the channel where the life energy from your feminine and masculine channels is intended to be able to gather the thousands of NIDAS = light channels throughout you into a solid core of safety and security and bind you to the earth. Like a building structure. A laser beam of power that gives you two good legs to stand on. Unshakable. The seven psychic centers are called CHAKRA, and in balance they ensure that you are filled with beautiful harmony and can enjoy the life of the earth. This is the gain that comes from a balanced light system. An integrated brain. Inner peace and well-being.

But this is not even the condition of imbalance between the left and right channel systems, which as mentioned acidifies the chakras and causes SUSHUMNA to not have a smooth passage and become dark. When you suppress your feminine vulnerability or receptivity, it is IDA that goes beyond. Similarly, abuse or excessive focus on the masculine principles or harsh control will go beyond PINGALA. In most people, one of these channels will be dominant, which means that the breath is uneven. So security and satisfaction in life will be linked to the role of separation and whether the illusory needs are met or not.

Now imagine that the SHAKTI that sleeps at your root awakens and begins to breathe into your channels of light. This is to awaken your truths about God and heaven, and about the spiritual being that you truly are. This is called a kundalini awakening.

SHAKTI will flow through you with its kundalini breath and reach its counterpart SHIVA – which is the spiritual force in the sky – at the top of the head, to bring heaven and earth together. In this way, the spiritual man is realized, and all seven chakras are in full bloom and your potential is fulfilled.

If SUSHUMNA was filled with light, this is where SHAKTI will make its journey, but more likely the journey goes into IDA or PINGALA due to the imbalances. It is as if the breath of shakti sends in tens of thousands of volts to burn and cleanse your channels, so that you will regain the balance between them. You are forced to make choices that integrate the left and right light channels, the left and right hemispheres of the brain, and energetically you return to childhood. You undress from your separate role, stop drawing power from outside, and slowly but surely you awaken and begin to remember who you are. Everything that is hidden is brought to light for clarification and purification, so that SUSHUMNA is again filled with light and gathers all the powers.

SHAKTI finally takes the final journey up through SUSHUMNA and to the top of the head where it unites with SHIVA with the result that the spiritual human being is born.
