Today I hold in my hands Heart to Heart , a proud project in collaboration with 58 artists and creative people from all over the country. This is based on an idea that came to me intuitively this spring, when I was searching for people who would be willing to help make cards for this deck.

It was a daring project. I didn't know if it would work, if the quality would be good enough, and not least how the logistics would work with so many people to deal with. I also got a big shock when several weeks of work suddenly disappeared from my PC and I had to start all over again. But it has all been worth it. The wait, the effort and the dedication from all the contributors have resulted in an incomparable stick with a beautiful energy. The cards are warm and direct, and are full of touching messages and stories.

The unique thing is that each card has a message from the person who created the card. So many have been brave and open their hearts through participation, and dared to throw themselves into it. Most have made one card each, and you will find information about each participant in the book that comes with it.

Heart to Heart consists of 82 beautiful cards, a large and comprehensive guidebook, which comes in a beautiful box. The perfect gift for yourself!

The Community

Among the contributors you will find lots of nice people from all kinds of professions and life situations. We have with us a journalist, an art teacher from Latvia, a veterinarian, a yoga teacher, artists, therapists, several nurses and even a 10-year-old girl! And many, many more. 58 votes have become 82 hearts. In the guidebook you can get to know everyone, and in addition find the stories of those who participate.

The cards themselves encompass a wide range of expressions: painting, drawing, photography and design. The themes are words that warm, enlighten, soothe and support. Each card comes with an affirmation and a personal message from the person who made it, like a little heart that you can carry with you. The deck is full of pure magic and hits directly and well.

The heart project on the back of the log

The back of the deck is based on a photo by Linda Vikøyr Brynjulfsen, who has been running a heart project for several years where she paints hearts on rocks and leaves them out in nature for others to find. She has shared over 5,000 of these rocks, and we are so grateful to be able to use her symbolic heart rocks as the back of the cards and on the deck's box. Her concept is to pass on a heart, and this reflects well what this deck is about: supporting and inspiring others through sharing from the heart.
